I am pleased to announce that the Admissions Committee has granted you provisional admission to the Master of Arts in Lay Ministry degree program beginning Fall 2005. Congratulations! The conditions of provisional admission are:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 You must present an official and final transcript prior to enrollment indicating that you possess the degree Bachelor of Arts or its equivalent from an accredited college or university. You will not be permitted to register for courses until this documentation is provided. If you provided an official and final transcript as part your application, you do not need to provide a second copy.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 If you are an ELCA member intending to be a rostered leader of the Church, you must receive a positive entrance decision from your candidacy committee no later than December 1, 2005, but preferably by your enrollment date.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 If you are not a member of the ELCA you must provide a letter of ecclesiastical endorsement no later than December 1, 2005, but preferably by your enrollment date. Your bishop, pastor or church elder may provide this letter.<\/p>\n

Stacy Rebraca, International Student Advisor, will issue an I-20 pending certification of sufficient funds for your education. In certain circumstances, it is necessary that all funds be on deposit at Trinity Lutheran Seminary before the I-20 will be issued. Please contact Ms. Rebraca by phone [blocked] or by e-mail [blocked] to determine if your financial certification has been authenticated.<\/p>\n

To indicate that you accept our offer of admission, please sign and date the enclosed Deposit. Trinity Lutheran Seminary requires a $100 tuition deposit at the time an admitted student accepts the offer of admission. The deposit will be applied to the tuition bill in the first quarter of your enrollment and will appear as a credit on your account. If you cancel your enrollment, $50 will be refunded to you. Please return the signed and dated Deposit along with your check or money order for $100 in the enclosed postage paid envelope.<\/p>\n
